Cannot Add Device in the Moduly Mobile Application

You are unable to add the Device to the Moduly Mobile Application. 

Verify the following:

  • Plug the device in an AC outlet: Make sure that you plug the device into an AC outlet using the provided cord. Make the that the AC outlet is currently under tension by checking your breaker box, and making sure that there is now power outage in your area.

  • Enable Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth is active on your phone.

  • Check LED Color: The Nodz LED should be blue. If not:

    • Restart the device using the power switch located under the device (power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then back ON).

    • Wait a few seconds until the LED color stops changing.

    • If the LED remains a different color, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds.

  • Verify Wifi Network:

    • If you cannot find the Wifi network in the list, ensure you're connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wifi network (5 GHz networks are not supported).

    • Verify that your Wifi network name and password are correct.

    • Place the Nodz at least 1 meter from the router for a strong signal.
